I am one of 2 sisters who share a love of knitting, dark chocolate and fine wine, not necessarily in that order, and often all at the same time! My knitwear name is Bellsistersusan (formerly Bellsisterdong) - born out of a hilarious mishap at Stitches West one year. You can read all about it on Ravelry.com under the profile of Bellsistersusan.View all patterns by designer (9) »
Do you need a little piece of 'joy' to wrap around your shoulders? This shawlette is just enough to ward off breezy night airs, or to keep you warm in cold air conditioned spaces! It can be pulled up the neck in the back to prevent drafts, and/or worn draped hanging low in front to protect the chest and lungs. This joyful pattern works up VERY quickly and is a great stash buster! Pattern can be done with or without the neckline picot edge, and in almost any weight yarn you want to use! Pattern repeats lengthen or shorten the shawl, and a crochet shell graces the bottom. Directions are both written and charted in three sizes.
Check out my knitting sista's unbelievably cute and FAST hat "Lizzie Hat"here on Craftsy...her name is Bellsister-ding...go to ravelry.com to read our profiles for the story behind our names!!
