Pattern Description:
Two layers form the ruffled and ruched section, yet are still whisper-thin
because they're made with lace-weight yarn. Instructions included for
both a tie and cowl version.
Gauge:
28 sts = 4'' / 10 cm in Seed st using MC and CC held tog with US 6 / 4 mm
needles
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Tie: 6 1/2" / 16.5 cm wide and 68" / 172.5 cm long Cowl: 6 1/2" / 16.5 cm wide and 50" / 127 cm long (measured in a loop)
Materials:
- US sizes 4, 5, 6 and 8 / 3.5, 3.75, 4, 5 mm straight or circular needles

- Locking stitch markers, stitch holder, tapestry needle
