Pattern Description:

It's so wonderful when it gets cold outside and you have such a beautiful hooded scarf to fight against it!

This hooded scarf is not very difficult to knit - provided you have some experience in working cables. I worked a lot of these hooded scarfs and tried out different qualities and colours. They all looked very pretty, so just create your own custom combination!

Gauge:

14 sts and 22 rows in 4" (10 cm)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Length: 78,5" (198 cm) - can be adapted to your option
  • Width scarf: 11" (28 cm)
  • Width hood: 13" (34 cm)

Materials:

  • any yarn that obtains to gauge
  • I used 11 skeins of Drops "Alaska" (76 yards per skein, 100% pure wool)

You Will Also Need:

  • US 10 (6 mm) needles or size to obtain gauge
  • US 10 (6 mm) double pointed needles for the cables
  • Tapestry needle

Suggested yarn:

840 yards of Worsted weight
