Pattern Description:

Honeycomb Shadow Lace Stole coordinates a lighter color textured yarn and a darker color smooth yarn to give 3-dimensional illusion of shadows inside the spaces.

Special attention has been paid to the design details of the cast on and bound off edges to produce look-alike scallops in a single piece knitted from one end to the other.

Don't worry if you are thinking this looks like complicated colorwork. You'll actually only be knitting with one yarn at a time in each row. This pattern is much easier than it looks!

Gauge:

Approximately 21 stitches and 27 rows = 4" (10 cm) over blocked stitch pattern

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

14" by 58" (35.5 cm by 147.3 cm) blocked; guidance for adjusting the size is included in the project instructions; if adjusting size, plan accordingly for more or less yarn
