- This shawlette is worked in one piece starting at the outside leaf edging and the crescent shaped-curve is created by short rows in the body of the shawlette.
Pattern Description:
Spring is in the air here, as evidenced by these blooming blossoms at my local park, Holbrook Palmer Park. This shawlette can be worn a variety of ways. Wrapped as a scarf when there is a bit of a chill, or draped as a lovely shawl as the weather turns warmer.
Gauge:
20 sts and 32 rows= 4" over st st after blocking
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 46" wide and 15" long at center point, after blocking
Materials:
- ~385 yards heavier fingering weight yarn, such as Anzula Dreamy, BMFA Socks that Rock mediumweight, A Verb for Keeping Warm Annapurna Cashmere Yarn, Cephalopod Yarns Bugga, The Plucky Knitter Primo Sport
- "Size US 7 (4.5mm) or size to obtain gauge, knitting needles Size US 8 (5mm) or one needle size larger than one to obtain gauge, knitting needles "
