Basic Skills Necessary:

  • knit
  • purl
  • increase (M1, YO)
  • Decrease (K2tog, SSK, P2tog)

Pattern Description:

The Heartfelt shawl lets you wear your heart on your shoulder and show you yarn just how much you love it.

This shawl is knit from end to end all in one piece so you can make it any length, the pattern includes details on how to calculate how much yarn to use to leave sufficient yardage for the decrease section.

Using just 300 yards of yarn will give you a shawl that is 46" long

There is also optional beading, if you want to add beads you will need at least 84 size 6 beads and a small crochet hook for adding them. The pattern includes full instructions on adding beads with a hook.

The pattern has both charted and written instructions.
