Pattern Description:

This is a summer fun hat with lovely flower bands on it.
It also has a corrugated ribbing.
But as there are at most two colors in one round it is easier to knit than you may think!
At the top is a lovely single orange flower.

Note: By repeating the flower pattern once more you can also make a long beanie from the pattern.

Enjoy and happy knitting!

Gauge:

Knitting gauge in stranded pattern: 1 x 1 inch: 7 stitches and 8 rows (2 x 2 cm: 6 stitches and 5
rows).

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • This beanie fits size S and M. (about 52 " 56 cm head circumreference)
  • Note: For bigger heads use needle size 3.75 mm or 5-ply yarn (e.g. Wollbutt Buttinette Madeleine Merino 150m/50g knitting gauge 30 rows and 23 stitches 10 x 10 cm in knitted stitches or similar) or both. For smaller hats I recommend using needle size 3.00 mm.
