Pattern Description:

Designed by Courtney Kelley and knit out of Canopy Worsted in River Dolphin with embroidered accents in Canopy Fingering, these Tyrolean-inspired hand warmers will brighten up any cloudy, winter day.


21 sts and 32 rounds = 4" (10 cm) in St St on larger needles after blocking

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • To fit average adult woman's hand. 7" circ. unstretched.


  • Handwarmers: The Fibre Company Canopy Worsted; 50% Alpaca, 30% Merino, 20% Viscose from Bamboo. 100 yds/50 gm skein: river dolphin, 2 skeins.
  • Embroidery: The Fibre Company Canopy Fingering; 50% Alpaca, 30% Merino, 20% Viscose from Bamboo. 200 yds/50 gm skein: sarsparilla, plum and chiclet tree, 10 yds each.

You Will Also Need:

  • 1 set US 3 (3.25mm) dpns + 1 set Size US 4 (3.75mm) dpns.
