Pattern Description:

The Give 'Em the Slip hat takes less than one skein of Malabrigo Merino or your favorite worsted weight yarn. The pattern uses an easy slip-stitch pattern to create faux cables. No cable needle required!

This hat pattern is also available as a set with the pattern for the matching fingerless mitts.

Gauge:

18 sts/30 rows = 4 inches/10cm in stockinette stitch.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • SIZES: Small (Medium, Large).
  • FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: circumference is 19 (21, 23) inches/ 48.5 (53.5, 58.5) cm.

Materials:

  • YARN: Malabrigo Yarn Merino Worsted (100% merino; 210yds/192m per 100g skein); color Lettuce; 1 skein.
  • NEEDLES: US #7 [4.5mm] circular needle (or size required to achieve correct gauge), 16 or 20 inches long & set of four or five US #7 [4.5mm] double-pointedneedles.

You Will Also Need:

  • NOTIONS: Stitch marker, yarn needle.
