Pattern Description:

These fingerless mitts are knitted in the round, starting at the bottom. Shaping is done by using different needle sizes.

Techniques used are knit, purl, k2tog, ssk, yo, casting on, binding off and blocking.

The pattern is available in english and german and includes both, written instructions and charts.

The mitts knit up quickly and the Kidsilk yarn is adding this beautiful glow - they make good wedding mitts!


One pattern repeat, washed and blocked losely, should measure 2.75" [7cm] in width and about 3.15 [8cm] in length.
That makes a total of 11" [28cm] width for one round of knitting.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • onesized


  • 1 skein of Rowan Kidsilk Haze (25g/210m) or similar yarn

You Will Also Need:

  • 3,5mm (US 4) and 5mm (US 8) double pointed needles
