Pattern Description:

In the summer, I can get a little chilly at the beach in the evenings. I wanted a light stole I could wrap around my shoulders.

I found the Knit Picks Swish Tonal yarn line and thought that relaxed ripples would add another dimension to the undulating color waves.

The wrap features I-cord for quick tie and go convenience. The piece is knit flat from I-cord to I-cord. The pattern includes blocking instructions to enhance the rippled effect.

About Designer

KatherineR on craftsy.com

Started seriously knitting back in college and have done it on and off over the years. Came back to it in full force in 2004, learned to knit socks in 2007, became a knitting teacher in 2007, and started designing in 2010.

About designing: I consider hand knits as art for the body. Each piece should be beautiful, and unique for the wearer.
