Frill is a soft, sweet and adorably ruffled set of hat and scarf that will flatter any young lady and not only. The beanie is knitted in the round using Garter and Stockinette stitches, buttons are added for a decorative effect. The scarf is a simple wrap-style neck scarf with two buttons closure knitted in lengthwise.
