An easy, yet interesting slip-stitch pattern gives these socks a great textured look. These started with a stitch pattern I loved, but it didn't work in the round. I added a stitch and lo...an addictive pattern was born!
Once you slip a stitch twice (two rows) it is pretty secure. Then you can cable without a cable needle. Cool!
Knit from the cuff down with a traditional heel flap and gussets.
32 stitches and 44 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in folklore pattern
Happiness is handmade, that's my motto. Don't you believe that? I'm happiest when my hands are busy making something - stitching, drawing, designing, knitting, what have you. Inspiration is everywhere and my sketchbooks are bulging with ideas and projects. I love color and texture and I'm a true sucker for yellow.
