Pattern Description:

Designed by Kate Gagnon Osborn and knit out of Acadia, the Flying Geese Mittens incorporate a picot edge, vikkel braid, geometric Fair Isle patterning on the top of hand and quirky striped palm.


25.5 sts + 27 rnds = 4" in Flying Geese Pattern on larger needles.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 7.5" hand circumference, 10.25" total length.


  • The Fibre Company Acacdia in Granite (MC), 1 skein.
  • The Fibre Company Acacdia in Kelp (CC), 1 skein.

You Will Also Need:

  • 1 - US 4 (3.5 mm) set of dpns
  • 1 - US 6 (4 mm) set of dpns.
