So much fun! This is a flower fairy pattern, made with the super bulky yarn, in mind! (Not to worry, I have added a nice long list of yarns, to choose from, in case you aren't sure which to choose.:)
This is a fun, quick knit, and is great, for your next photography session! Thinking of a baby gift, but unsure of the season? This will be an heirloom gift...she can wear it for her photos, and it can be tucked away for her daughter! There is nothing more special~or adorable!
Pattern includes newborn and 3-6 Months sizes.
Knitting in the round, on double pointed needles, Purl, SSK or K2tog.
Pattern comes with a long list of handspun yarns, that would work, for this pattern. I have shopped, so you don't have to! Simply pick a yarn, and follow the pattern! (If you have any left, you can always use it, for my new Elly headband pattern!)
In the photo shown, above, I have even taken several different yarns, in the right gauge, and made handspun stripes!
This hat is for use under direct adult supervision.
I also have this pattern available, in a slightly lighter weight yarn.
Thank you so much, to Leslie Lane for the wonderful photos!!

Thank you so much, to Lynette Weber, for her beautiful photo (gnome photo)! If you live near Bloomington, Indiana, check her out! She is at:
Gauge: 7-8 stitches/almost 11 rows =4", in stockinette stitch, on size 15 needles
I have always been inspired, by hand knit items, but it seemed beyond reach, for me...until I took some knitting classes!
From there, it became my relaxation, and creative outlet!
My passion is designing, and I love to spin my own yarns, as well!
I love to see the finished product, on the baby models....
