Basic Skills Necessary:

  • K2tog decrease

Pattern Description:

Made side-to-side, Endora is the perfect introduction to lace shawl knitting.

The sample project measures approximately 34 x 80" after blocking but can easily be made smaller simply by beginning the decreases sooner.

The pattern includes a resource guide--complete with technical illustrations--to make the knitting easy and fun.

Gauge:

In the lace pattern,
18 sts and 24 rows = 4" unblocked
22 sts and 32 rows = 4" blocked;

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One size: 34 x 80" but the finished measurements are easy to customize!

Materials:

  • Fingering weight yarn, approximately 875 yards
  • Knitting needles, size 6 (4mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
  • 24" Circular knitting needle, size 6 (4mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
