Pattern Description:
Designed by Kate Gagnon Osborn, En Blekksprut is a 2-color Fair Isle and striped beret featuring Canopy Fingering in Fern + Laguna. The traditional Fair Isle pattern is set off by quirky stripes and a pom pon at the top, making it easy to customize to any desired length.
Gauge:
32 sts + 36 rows = 4" in Fair Isle Pattern on 3.25 mm needles after blocking
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- To fit average woman's head. 8.5" height, 10" dia. + 16" brim circ. unstretched
Materials:
- The Fibre Company Canopy Fingering, 50% Baby Alpaca, 30% Merino Wool + 20% Bamboo. 200 yds/50 gms per skein. Shown in Fern (MC), 1 skein + Laguna (CC), 1 skein.
