Pattern Description:

Designed by Kate Gagnon Osborn and knit out of Road to China Worsted in an earthy combination of Smoky Quartz, Riverstone + Autumn Jasper, these mittens are a perfect combination of traditional technique and modern yarn + style.

Gauge:

18 sts + 21 rounds = 4" in stockinette on Size 7 needles after blocking

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • to fit average adult woman's hand: 8" circumference, 10.25" length from cuff to tip.

Materials:

  • The Fibre Company Road to China Worsted; 65% Baby Alpaca, 15% Silk, 10% Camel + 10% Cashmere. 69 yds/50 gms per skein. Smoky Quartz (MC) 2 skeins
  • The Fibre Company Road to China Worsted; 65% Baby Alpaca, 15% Silk, 10% Camel + 10% Cashmere. 69 yds/50 gms per skein. Autumn Jasper (CC1) 1 skein
  • The Fibre Company Road to China Worsted; 65% Baby Alpaca, 15% Silk, 10% Camel + 10% Cashmere. 69 yds/50 gms per skein. Riverstone (CC2) 1 skein

You Will Also Need:

  • 1 - Set Size US 7 (4.5 mm) dpns.
