Easy Watch Cap With a Twist Pattern

Pattern Description:
The Watch Cap, or Watchman's Cap is warm, fits easily into a pocket or purse and looks great. I've taken this classic and given it a new twist.
If you can knit in the round with circular and double pointed needles, you should find this an easy and quick knit.
I re-designed the hat to fill a request for warm hats to donate to people in need. I hope you'll use my pattern to keep a needy person warm this winter.
I want you to enjoy your knitting experience and end up with a terrific hat, so as with all my designs, I'm available to answer any questions you may have as you work up the design.

Gauge:
20 stitches and 24 rows = 4"/10 cm
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- One size fits Children and Adults
Materials:
- Worsted weight (4-ply) yarn (3. oz/85 g), 197 yds/180 m
- Size 9 (UK5/5.5mm) 16" (41 cm) circular needle and double pointed needles, or size needed to obtain correct gauge
- Stitch markers
- Tapestry needle
