Pattern Description:

Scarflettes are a quick knit and make fun gifts. They are great for cold weather to keep necks toasty warm without the bulk of a long scarf.

For this pattern, you will need to know the knit stitch and purl stitch. Although it is fairly simple, the result will be stunning. The pattern consists of 6 repeating rows and it is recommended that you keep track of each row by using a row counter or use the checkoff
grid at the end of these instructions.

Sizing can be altered by using different weight yarn and changing the size of the knitting needles. Following the pattern below will create a scarflette that measures approximately 4 inches wide and 22 inches long.

This pattern can also be modified to make a full length
scarf; simply continue to knit to desired length and do not add buttons. Be sure to purchase extra yarn! (3-4 times more will be needed).

I've been knitting all my life and currently spend most of my waking hours thinking about new ways to knit classic accessories. I love to spin my own yarn, learn new knitting techniques and get creative with felted wool.
