Pattern Description:

These simple mitts keep your hands warm and are a quick knit. Appropriate for men or women.

The simple stitch patterning in all the coordinated accessories in the Dash set adds modern and understated sophistication to any wardrobe. Plus, they can be unisex to boot! The cowl, beret and mitts are appropriate for knitters of all skill levels and is worked in the round.

Coordinating patterns Dash Cowl and Dash Beret are sold separately as individual patterns or as a bundle for a discounted price.


18 sts and 28 rnds = 4"/ 10 cm in St. st
20 sts and 28 rnds = 4.5"/ 11.5 cm wide and 4"/ 10 cm (5 pattern repeats)
While fit is not as critical in this project, it's still advisable to work and block a gauge swatch in the round to ensure proper sizing.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Sizes: Women's S (Women's M/ Men's S, Women's L/ Men's M, Women's XL/ Men's Large, Men's XL)
  • Finished measurements: Hand circumference: 6.75 (7.25, 8.5, 9, 10) "/ 17 (18.5, 21.5, 22.75, 25.5) cm


  • A smooth DK weight wool or wool blend yarn in approximately 105 (105, 161, 159, 234) yds/ 96 (96, 147, 146, 214) m
  • Sizes Women's S, women's L/ Men's M & Men's XL Only: US 3/ 3.25 mm needles for your preferred method of working smaller circumferences, or sizeneeded to obtain gauge
  • Sizes women's M/ Men's S & Women's XL/ Men's L ONLY: US 5/ 3.75 mm needles for your preferred method of working smaller circumferences, or size needed to obtain
