Your little girl will look adorable wearing this beautiful hand knit headband.Makes a great gift as well...you can never have too many accessories!

Hand knit it yourself today from any remnant of 4 ply wool in a lovely domino square pattern for comfort and stretch with a double layered knit Retro Daisy that is attached.

This project can be completed in under 2 hours.
A great way to use up small amounts of leftover yarn.

This pattern comes in 4 sizes from birth up to 12 months old but you can easily make it larger or smaller by adding or omitting domino squares as you knit.

It is knit flat on two 2.5mm or US1 needles and lengthwise so no need to check tension/gauge to get the right size.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • to fit newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months


  • 25 g white wool yarn
  • 25g pink wool yarn
  • knitting needles size 2.5mm or US1

any 4 ply yarn, I used wool but you could use cotton
