Pattern Description:

The Clary Mitts are feminine mitts with attention to sweet little details. The pattern offers both full mitten and fingerless glove options in three sizes, with optional ruching at the cuff.

Featuring simple lace edging, an eyelet-bordered thumb gusset, and unique ruching created with an I-cord and button embellishment.

Written for 3 sizes, Child, Adult Small, & Adult Medium.

Matching cowl also available, Clary Cowl.

Gauge:

5 stitches and 8 rows = 1 inch in stockinette in the round

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • child (adult small, adult large) Finished hand circumference- 51/2 (7, 8.5)" / 14 (18, 21.5) cm

Materials:

  • US size 6 (4.0mm) needles in double points or on long cable for working magic loop
  • 75 - 150 yards (69 - 137 m) of worsted weight yarn
  • 2 buttons for decoration, as desired

  • stitch markers for working thumb gusset
