Pattern Description:

I have always adored the lovely fur of the checkered giant rabbit.
So I dedicated this beanie to this breed.
The beanie is a bit longer than my usual beanies.
For big heads it will rather be a normal beanie.
For small heads a long beanie as seen on the second picture.

At the top are 7 rabbits and a lovely flower star.

Gauge:

Knitting gauge in stranded pattern: 1 x 1 inch: 7 stitches and 8 rows (2 x 2 cm: 6 stitches and 7
rows).

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

This long beanie fits size S and M. (54 " 56 cm head circumreference)
Note: For bigger heads use needle size 3.25 mm or 3.5 mm.

Materials:

40 g of black 5-ply merino yarn , 40 g of off-white 5-ply merino yarn.

You Will Also Need:

Circular needle 40 cm 3.00 mm and 5 double pointed needles size 3.00 mm for the top of the head.
Tapestry needle to weave in the ends.

170 yards of Sport weight
