Pattern Description:

I made this Shawl as a birthday gift for my sister Carolina.
She lives in the south of my country in a very cold and rainy city, so she needs a big shawl.
I get inspired by the color of the vegetation of this part of my country.

Carolina Shawl is a big and beautiful shawl with beads. The beads simulates the rain drops in the plants after rain.

Hope you like it, you can make one for your sisters too!!

Gauge:

22st = 4/10cm in Garter st blocked. Take time to save time. Make the Gauge sample!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 20/50.5 cm deep in center.
  • 79/ 200cm wingspan from tip to tip.

Materials:

  • 956yds / 878m of Fingering Weight yarn.
  • 1 set of 7US/ 4.5mm 24/60cm circular needles.
  • 1153 size 8/0 glass seed beads (aprox. 35 grams)

  • Tapestry needle
