Pattern Description:
Candy Stripes is a great way to use small amounts of yarn to create a playground of color. Change colors as often, or as infrequent, as you please. Before and/or after the eyelet sections are natural places to change color. Use your imagination and above all, have fun. Make the pattern your own by dreaming up a kaleidoscope of color combinations.
You can repeat the sections as often as you like to create the size of scarf or shawl you desire.
Gauge:
Not dependent on gauge. Needle and yarn choice will determine final size.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- sample shown, 22" x 46"
Materials:
- US 4 (circular with 32" cable) needle
- fingering weight yarn, approx. 380-400 yards, divided depending on striping choices
- tapestry needle
- blocking equipment; wires, pins
