I've always loved to create. After becoming a mom, my creations have taken a new direction. My passion for color and love of nature that used to develop into paintings has transformed into a more functional, and less messy, form....fiber. Inspired by my loved ones, I now design and create little treasures to make life a tad more colorful and interesting.

Calm Frenzy is a richly textured slouchy hat featuring geometric stitch patterns that play together harmoniously, creating an eclectic little piece that is interesting to knit and a joy to wear, especially in the recommended yarn.
These stitch patterns create a sense of frenzy, yet when combined, they evoke a sense of calm order. This hat, and it's name, reflect the state of mind I often find myself, as well as my life, in. Just enough going on to keep things interesting, yet somehow, a sense of order to stay centered
