This technique uses a 9" circular needle. This is very helpful for intricate patterns or for those of us who struggle with "laddering"
Double pointed needles are needed for the heel flap and toe decreasing.

Hello! My name is Jackie Murton. I am happily married to a wonderful man who happily feeds my yarn addiction. We have 3 great kids. I am currently learning to spin on both a spindle and an antique wheel a friend spotted for me at a craft show.
I began knitting and crocheting while on bed rest with my first child. I decided to start writing patterns when I found myself constantly changing written patterns so that I could knit them seamlessly (I don't like sewing seams :-D).
I design and write knitting patterns with a focus on 1 skein seamless and nearly seamless knits. Most of my patterns are beginner level. I will occasionally design more advanced patterns as well as some crochet patterns.
