Pattern Description:

This is a FREE pattern

This technique uses a 9" circular needle. This is very helpful for intricate patterns or for those of us who struggle with "laddering"

Double pointed needles are needed for the heel flap and toe decreasing.

This pattern can be converted to your favorite method of sock knitting

Gauge:

8 stitches and 12 rounds = 1" in seeded rib

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Small 7 1/2" foot circumference
  • Medium 8 1/4" foot circumference
  • Large 9" foot circumference

Materials:

  • 460 yards sock yarn
  • US Size 2 12" circular knitting needle
  • US Size 2 double pointed needles
  • 2 different colored stitch markers
  • darning needle

Suggested yarn:

460 yards of Fingering weight
