Basic Skills Necessary:

  • pick up stitches
  • work lace using charted instructions on right and wrong sides of work

Pattern Description:

What's more summery than a tumble of leafy lace in a bright, cheerful color? Knit from the center out in a trio of subtly asymmetrical sections, this petal-soft shawl is elegant enough for a wedding or summer garden party - but it's not too sweet! The deeply scalloped points add plenty of drama, and when wrapped as a scarf you can wear it well into fall. Charted lace instructions are easy to follow.
