Pattern Description:

This hat is worked in the round for a classic look suitable for all ages! The tweed topper is ready for fall, with a brim in the front for shade. Bobbles line the brim all the way around, and cables run up all around the hat. Pattern includes a traceable brim outline.


24 stitches and 30 rows per 4 inches in Cable Pattern using larger needles

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Finished Circumference: 15 (16.75, 18.25, 20, 21.75) inches
  • Size: 6-12 months(Toddler, Child, Adult Small, Adult Large)


  • 110 (125, 135, 155, 190) yards light worsted weight yarn

You Will Also Need:

  • Size 4 (3.5mm) 16" circular needles, size 5 (3.75mm) 16" circular needles and set of 5 DPNs, stitch marker, cable needle
  • Notions: Template plastic, clear plastic canvas, or other suitable material for a sturdy and washable brim
