Basic Skills Necessary:

  • You will need to know how to cast on stitches, knit stitches, purl stitches, knit two stitches together, make a stitch by knitting into the front and back of a stitch, cast off, seam the finished work and knit in ends of the finished work - skill level intermediate. A pair, for the average skilled knitter, should take approximately three hours to complete.

These fun little knit shoes have a sweet shape, with button closures to help keep them on baby's kicking little feet. Perfect with special outfits and dresses! And the best part, they are knit in only one piece without having to pick up a single stitch.

A 10 cm (4 inch) square, knit in stockinette stitch is 16 stitches and 26 rows.
