Pattern Description:
This is a great skill-building design. This design keeps your attention, even through the repeats.
The main techniques used are exterior cable shaping, lifted increases and bobbles. Other techniques include Long Tail CO in purl and cabling without a needle.
I knit two long scarves, to wear alone or together, in Cascade Yarns Eco Peruvian wool yarn.
Gauge:
18 sts and 22 rows = 4" (10 cm) in Stockinette with size 9 ndls or size to give gauge.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 1.75-2.75" wide x 90" long, excluding tassels
Materials:
- Sample 1: Cascade Yarns Eco, 100% Peruvian wool, 478 yd / 250 gram hank: 1 hank each #8018 Silver (MC) and #8010 Ecru (CC), US size 9 (5.5 mm) ndls
- Sample 2: Cascade Yarns Eco: 1 hank each #8049 Tarnish (MC) and #8018 Silver (CC), US size 9 (5.5 mm) ndls
