Pattern Description:

The Brazel hat is a traditional beret worked in the round from the brim and up. It features a lace and bobble panel which continues partway into the crown. It is a timeless, feminine design with a contemporary twist.

The pattern is knitted in Malabrigo Rios, a well spun Worsted weight yarn.

18 sts / 26 rnds

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Finished Measurements 16 (173/4, 191/2, 211/4) in / 40.5 (45, 49.5, 54) cm brim circumference; shown in size 173/4"

Materials:

  • Size 6 (4 mm): set of double-pointed needles Size 7 (4.5 mm): set of double-pointed needles Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. Markers, cable needle and tapestry needle.
