Blu Ivy is a great, easy to knit scarf that adds a little twist to your winter wardrobe. It is super long but the knit leaves add just that special touch to keep you wanting to continue on. The large swooping cable in the middle gives the leaves something to hold onto and allows the scarf to have a bit of texture. Any yarn may be used to knit this scarf. I choose Lion Brand Fisherman's wool and chose to dye it a bright blue color. If you select a worsted to bulky weight yarn it will be a super chunky and warm scarf. Knit it in a sock or lace weight for a lighter romantic version. Just change the needles to the yarn selected. To close the scarf you can use buttons, shawl pins or pull one end through the openings of the cables on the opposite side.
