The Sugarhouse neighborhood in Salt Lake City, Utah is named after the sugar factory that was started in 1853 to process sugar beets. Although the endeavor was a failure, today everyone needs something to keep their wrists warm when digging for beets.

Gauge:

5.5 sts and 8 rows/inch in stockinette stitch

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 3.5" wide and 7" long

  • 123 yds worsted weight yarn
  • size 3 double pointed needles
