Pattern Description:

Designed by Courtney Kelley and knit out of Road to China Worsted in Peridot, Beech is a side-to-side garter stitch shawl with a lace border knit as you work for a seamless finish. The addition of a short row turn created a finished piece that drapes beautifully at the center back.

Gauge:

13 sts and 18 rows to 4" (10 cm) in pattern

Materials:

  • The Fibre Company Road to China, 65% Baby Alpaca, 15% Silk, 10% Camel + 10% Cashmere. 59 yds/ 50 gms per skein. 4 skeins. Shown in Peridot.

You Will Also Need:

  • 1 Size 9 (5.5 mm) 32" (or longer) circular needle
  • Darning Needle
