Pattern Description:

Apple Bloom is a delicate and feminine sideways shawl featuring a leaf motif and antique lace edging. It has a long and narrow shape, adding elegance and refinement to the classic triangular construction.

Gauge:

24 sts over 28 rows blocked in stockinette stitch over 4 inches square
*Gauge is not critical but will affect the final size of your shawl

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One size: 52" long by 20" wide

Materials:

  • 1 skein of Biscotte&cie La Douce (heavy fingering weight, 80% superwash merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon, 336 yds per 115 gr skeins). Sample shows color "Vert Biscotte".

You Will Also Need:

  • US 5 (3.75 mm) long straight or circular 29" or longer
  • 1 stitch marker
  • Tapestry needle

330 yards of Fingering weight
