Basic Skills Necessary:

st st = knit 1 row then purl 1 row (this makes 2 rows)
Inc = make a stitch by knitting into the front and then into the back of one stitch.
dec = (s1, k1,psso) Slip next stitch knit wise onto the right hand needle, knit the next stitch then pass the slipped stitch back over the knitted stitch and off the needle

Pattern Description:

This stunning curvy felt bag is knitted with 7 colours.
The variety of stripe width gives the bag even more interest and makes knitting it more fun!

This bag is large enough for everyday use, and with 7 colours it will go with every outfit!!

Knit it in shades of purple or maybe a rainbow? The choice is yours.

My attention to detail means the stripes on the fold over flap match those of the bag, and the shoulder stripes are also worked the same, to give a nicely balanced effect.

This bag is knitted flat using one strand of wool and has a single side seam which is invisible after felting.

I give 3 options on the shoulder strap length so you can choose how to wear your bag.
