BEFORE BUYING THIS PATTERN, PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE ABLE TO KNIT AND CROCHET!
This is a PDF PATTERN for a gorgeous knitted BONNET for use as a newborn photography prop. The whole bonnet has an interesting weave pattern. This bonnet is a variation to my weave BORDER bonnet #37. Although the weave pattern is the same, the bonnet has slightly different instructions.
The main part of the hat is KNITTED, but the front edge of the hat are CROCHETED.
This listing is NOT for the finished hat. It is written in standard american terms with some photos to help with some of the trickier parts.
PLEASE NOTE: Some basic CROCHET skill is required to make the edging/border of the hat. I am sorry I do not give refunds for someone buying this pattern in error and not reading that this requires both knit and crochet skills. The knitted part is on STRAIGHT needles. No need for circular needles or double pointed needles!
The pattern is for NEWBORN size only
Intermediate - Advanced
US size 11 (8mm needles)
Worsted/aran 10 ply (or medium weight yarn)
Crochet hook 7 (4.5mm)
Delivery of pattern:
This pattern is in the form of a digital pdf file which will be available for download after payment is received

I have been making and designing newborn photography props for 3 years now and after much badgering from customers, have finally decided to start selling some of my patterns!
I hope you enjoy these as much as my customers have!
