  • provisional cast on
  • grafting

Pattern Description:

Take a step up with this fun black-and-white geometric cowl. With enough length to wrap around your neck twice, this will keep you warm too. Have more yarn? Make it a super-long cowl to wrap round your neck three or four times!

Tip: If you don't want to do the provisional cast on and grafting, you can just seam the cowl together!

How about a pair of Deco Gloves or Mitts to go with the cowl?


24 sts, 37 rows = 10x10cm / 4x4" in stocking stitch

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 24.5 x 103cm / 9 5/8 x 40 1/2


  • 220m / 240 yards each of two colours of fingering weight yarn
  • 3mm / US 2 1/2 needles, or size to obtain tension
