Basic Skills Necessary:

  • k = knit p = purl working in the Round with DPNs 2/2 RPC = Slip 2 stitches to cable needle and hold in back; k2; p2 from cable needle. 2/2 LPC = Slip 2 stitches to cable needle and hold in front; p2; k2 from cable needle.

Nifty little boot cuffs add a flash of style and warmth while embellishing your fabulous boots and booties!

So easy to knit and a cinch to wear! These use just one ball of a lovely Peruvian Highland Wool yarn from Elann.com. Work them in the round in a fun color to jazz up your look.

Gauge:

20 sts = 3 1/2" [9 cm] and 12 rnds = 2" [5 cm] in Cable patt (blocked)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 10 1/2" [26.5 cm] around, unstretched (stretches to about 13" [33 cm] around); 5 3/4" [14.5 cm] length. One size fits most adults.

Materials:

  • A worsted weight yarn in a soft wool blend: Approximate total yardage required: 109 yds [100 m].
