Basic Skills Necessary:

  • knit, purl, increase/decrease

Pattern Description:

A light, warm rectangle in two sizes petite(tall) to use as a neck and shoulder accent or wrap. Knit in a repeating allover motif that is easily learned, this piece works up quickly, travels well, and can be resized by adding/subtracting repeats or worked in a different gauge by changing yarn weight and needles.


18 sts and 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette (unstretched, unblocked)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 21(24) inches wide x 72(84) inches in length (stretched and blocked)


  • 800(1200) yards of any soft fingering yarn with approximately 300-350 yards per 100 grams
  • Needles: size 6US (4.0 mm) needle
