Make a bouquet of these adorable calla lily-like components. You need to be comfortable with peyote stitch, and should be able to work with tight tension, which is required to prevent droop!
I like using a metallic colour for the accent (around the open edges), and something sweet for the main colour. I enjoy the way gilt-lined beads contrast with metallics, but there's no right or wrong here.
Start by making the bail/loop, change colour to continue making the bloom, add stamens if desired, and add a contrasting plain or zig-zag edging.
