With this lesson you will learn how to model a beautiful pair of Bell Flower Earrings, as shown in the first four pictures.
My method of modeling these pretty earrings is rather simple; however, it takes time, patience and attention to detail to achieve the neatest, smoothest appearance of this delicate design.
The design lends itself very well to endless color variations so it is only up to you whether you want to limit yourself to the creation of my bell flower earrings using only the materials that I have used or, you want to let your creativity take over and play with different sorts of wire (copper, bronze, gold filled, silver filled, sterling silver, etc.) and chose gemstone briolettes (or use various colors of faceted crystal briolettes) to create lots of beautiful earrings, each with its own charm and loveliness.
Wait! There is something more: You can incorporate the bell shape component into necklace (as highlighted in the fifth listing picture) and bracelet designs to create jewelry sets or choose to make gorgeous, standout jewelries. These are just few suggestions of what else you could use the bell flower components for.
You could skip flattening your bell flower components if you don't feel comfortable with hammering or, if you want to learn more than I've detailed within the optional Step 3 about my hammering technique, you could check out "My Hammering Method" Tutorial by me, here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/AlinasStudio?section_id=12998227
The tutorial is filled with information, tips, tricks and advices on "how to", all these supported by 75 clear pictures (mainly close-ups) and a Diagram with relevant explanations right beside them, spread along 5 main steps, within 27 pages. The pictures can be magnified at least 300% with clarity.
Important: Please carefully read all tutorial pages before starting to make your own beautiful jewelries!!! The dimensions given in Imperial System are approximate!!!
