Basic bead weaving skills. You will work in Right-Angle-Weave (RAW) with elements of peyote stitch. The knowledge of these techniques will be an advantage, but the instructions are very detailed as for beginners.

Pattern Description:

In this tutorial, you will learn how to make a beaded 3-dimensional heart which can be used not only in earrings, but as a pendant, key chain, incorporated into any bead woven accessory, even as a X-mas decoration! However, this tutorial explains how to make earrings in particular.

The list of materials is pretty short, because all you need is a pair of ear wires, one type of seed beads (size 11in this case), and a beading thread and needle. You can use some kind of transparent glue, e.g. superglue to secure the finishing knot. Plus scissors and thin-nose pliers.
