Even though this is an old WWII poster, it appealed to me because that is actually my motto - 'I can do that!' I try to do things myself (this business is an example) including renovating the house, fixing things, helping people, etc. The pride that these women must have had in doing things that were previously the domain of the men that had gone to war must have been wonderful. They didn't let anything stop them and neither should we. It would partner well with Of Course I Can!
The finished embroidery measures 12 x 16 inches or 305 x 410mm and uses 30 colours. It is worked on 14ct Aida cloth.
