I started knitting at age 8 and learned all the rest as I went along - crocheting, sewing, tatting, latch hook, macrame, quilting, needlepoint, leather work, and woodworking. I became a professional seamstress and got into quilting big-time. These days, I mostly concentrate on knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, quilting, and woodworking. I began doing my own designing when I was laid up in a full leg cast. Since then, I have created over 200 of my own designs in various mediums, the patterns for which I sell everywhere and anywhere. I decided to sell my patterns individually, since I hate to have to buy an entire book to get the one or two that I want.
I do sell some hand-made items from my own designs, including woodworking items made by myself, at:
Here, finally, is the finishing touch for my Star Trek ornament collection. I have designed the tree topper after the insignia from the USS Huron, from the animated series episode, "The Pirates of Orion", with the command symbol in the center. What is better for the top of your tree than a star with in a star? It is made on 7-mesh plastic canvas.
Be sure to check out the other Star Trek designs in my shop, as well as other original needlepoint, crochet, knit, and quilt patterns and a selection of hand-made and vintage items. I add new listings all the time.
All of the designs which I sell are my own and are copyrighted. Painstaking attention has been paid to the instructions, to ensure that they are accurate, complete, and easy to understand and follow.
