Basic Skills Necessary:

  • do basic embroidery stitches

Pattern Description:

Let's Talk Turkey: As a mostly-vegetarian, I draw a lot of quizzical looks when I start spouting how much I love Thanksgiving. And I LOVE Thanksgiving! The football, the food, the promise of Black Friday shopping. For me it doesn't have anything to do with turkey. Eating turkey would keep me from eating more pie, so forget that.

But every time someone says 'Happy Turkey Day' instead of 'Happy Thanksgiving' we are reminded that turkey is the reason for the season as far as our stomachs are concerned, and lucky for us they are so darn cute! Stitch up this turkey to celebrate Thanksgiving this year, and ALL of his chain stitched feathers, whether eating turkey is your thing or not.
