Pattern Description:

A hand embroidery tote bag tutorial pattern featuring a patch of pretty coneflowers in pink, mauve and burgundy accented with spring green quilting fabrics made into a nice size tote.

This hand embroidery pattern measures 8" x 5 1/2" and is easily transferred to fabric using methods from craft/sewing stores, a lightbox or window. Simple embroidery stitches are used in the pattern so it would be a great project for a beginning stitcher. The floss colors used in the model are noted in the pattern or you can use your own favorite colors and it would look great in redwork! Once the embroidery is finished the tote bag tutorial is an easy project to make. This is a nice project to use up left over scraps of fabrics and flosses from your stash. It's fun to look at fabrics and flosses to come up with a colorway you like before hand. The design would also look nice framed if you don't like to sew.

A great project for a craft tote or a nice thinking of you gift for someone special!

This includes a photo page, embroidery pattern, embroidery instructions, suggested supplies and tote bag finishing instructions.

Thank you!

I love to draw and do needlework so when my children were little and I was staying home with them I decided to design my own patterns and greeting cards. I have a web site that shows all of my ...
