I love the look of these special dolls/lovies but there was never an easy version. Until now! This pattern provides instructions on how to make a doll or lovey version of a classic toy. It is only 2 pieces. The hat and doll are separate. The doll or lovey is made all-in-one piece. No separate pieces to sew on except the hat.
I suggest using a medium weight cotton for this. It will give it a nice drape and cotton is best for little ones to teeth on.

Hi, I am a mom of 5 and a wife to a really great husband who supports me 100%. I have been crocheting and knitting for about 20 years or so. I didn't get fully into it until my kids were all in school and I had more time. I fell in love. Really! It is a way to relax for me and it gives me a creative outlet.
